CoopEst celebrates its10th anniversary on the 2nd European Microfinance Day in Brussels on October 20th from 6pm to 8pm at Hotel Sofitel Europe.
Microfinance in Europe has long been recognized as a relevant tool to reduce social and financial exclusion. The provision of financial and non-financial services has helped thousands of underserved European citizens to create their own workplace, to improve the well-being of their families and to create jobs for others.
Over the last 10 years CoopEst has marked its presence financing socially-rooted financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe, enabling them to serve those excluded from mainstream finance. Recently CoopEst also opened new ways to enhance financial support to deprived populations.
On the occasion of the 2nd European Microfinance Day, CoopEst is proud to invite you to the celebration of its 10th anniversary which will be a special opportunity to reflect on the past and inspire the future perspectives for financial and social inclusion based on the CoopEst experience and lessons learned on the 10-year long journey.
