Varvara Maslova, Investment Officer
Varvara Maslova joined as an Investment Officer for Central Asia in January 2014. From 2010 to 2013, Varvara worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG Transaction Services in the Netherlands with a focus on financial due diligence during M&A processes for corporate clients and private equity clients. Previously she worked as a Senior Analyst in the valuation team at Duff and Phelps, an independent provider of financial advisory and investment banking services. Varvara holds a Master's degree in Business Administration Corporate Finance from University of Groningen (2007) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst candidate.
Judith Santbergen, Investment Officer
Judith Santbergen joined as an investment officer for Africa and MENA in May 2014. Prior to joining Triodos Bank, Judith worked in various roles for Rabobank. She gained experience on both the commercial and risk side of the bank, having worked for the corporate banking department and special asset management respectively. Judith became interested in the field of microfinance as a student, as it provided the perfect match with her two university degrees: Social Sciences and Business Administration. She did an internship with microfinance institution FODEM in Nicaragua and graduated on the topic of bond issuance by MFIs in Latin America.

Varvara Maslova joined as an Investment Officer for Central Asia in January 2014.
