Training on "The Green Index" organised by the e-MFP Green Inclusive & Climate Smart Finance Action Group took place during European Microfinance Week 2018. Workshop participants learnt how to assess, monitor, report and understand the environmental performance of (micro) finance institutions through the use of the Green Index and were introduced to the Green Guide SPI4 developed by the e-MFP Green Inclusive & Climate Smart Finance Action gGoup in collaboration with CERISE. The Guide illustrates use and meaning of the Green Index items, and is aligned with full social audit guide in SPI4.
