The European Microfinance Platform (e-MFP) Action Group "From Research to Practice" ), has been conducting research on the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the financial inclusion value chain. This video provides an introduction to the theoretical background and preliminary findings.
The research has been led by Davide Castellani and Max Niño-Zarazua with the support of Valentina Garofalo, ADA, MFR, ILO, Natalia Realpe and University of Geneva.
