Technology is transforming rural finance. Across the world, numerous mobile applications are attempting to build and enhance the capacities of farmers. In this Talk Etienne Mottet explores various innovative services being delivered through digital technology, and shares his thoughts on how some less-prominent technological channels could be used to deliver greater impact in rural areas.
