e-MFP is delighted to share with you the Third Research Digest “Implementing Financial Health: Creating Mutual Success for Financial Service Providers and Clients”. The publication prepared by theFrom Research to Practice and Back Again’ Action Group (AG) builds upon the AG’s work started in 2022 delving deeper into the topic of financial health.


The Third Research Digest presents the AG’s business case for financial health at the level of the financial service providers (FSPs) offering a comprehensive theoretical framework and actionable steps to assist FSPs in adopting a proactive approach to support their clients’ financial health while becoming more resilient and profitable and developing more robust internal and external relationships.


The publication was prepared by Max Ninõ-Zarazua, Aurélie Larquemin and Davide Castellani in collaboration with the AG members and relevant external stakeholders, including the Center for Financial Inclusion (CFI), Financial Health Network, Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) Kenya, FinnSalud- Bankable Frontier Associates (BFA) Global, MicroSave Consulting (MSC), Opportunity International, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD),  SOLLIV and the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF).


As a topic drawing increasing interest from different actors involved in the financial inclusion sector, e-MFP is pleased to contribute to the discussion and continue to raise awareness on the role of the sector in promoting financial health.
