Linklaters LLP is involved in microfinance through several activities. First, our funds activities in our role as legal counsel to a number of microfinance funds (and more generally responsible investment funds) and our activities within ALFI (notably at the ALFI Executive Committee, Regulatory Committee and Responsible Investing Committee). In addition, our community investment activities and pro bono work include support to microfinance organisations and other social players. We are notably a founding member of Luxflag and a long term partner of ADA.
