Gabriela Erice García works as Microfinance Officer at the European Microfinance Platform, where she is responsible for organising the European Microfinance Award, programming the annual conference European Microfinance Week, coordinating the work of the members' Action Groups and carrying out the Platform's research projects.
Prior to the Platform, she worked at Bancamia, a Colombian MFI, the European Parliament in Brussels and the Spanish Embassy in Belgium. She has a Master in International Business Management and in Microfinance and Development.
