Making Microfinance Investment Responsible (MIR) Action Group, May 2014
Is there a business case for investing in client protection? This publication aims to answer this question based on an analysis from some of the most comprehensive databases in the microfinance sector. Drawing on the social and financial performance data from a consortium of eight organisations, the research offers insights into the relationship between financial performance and a select number of client protection practices.
