VisionFund provides access to small loans and other financial services for the rural poor as well as those looking to recover their livelihoods post-disaster, so that they might start or develop successful businesses. Together sustainable futures are created so that clients are lifted out of poverty and their children grow up healthy and educated.
VisionFund has published their 2014 annual report together with the first social performance report.

The new social performance report communicates how VisionFund's microfinance services are improving the lives of borrowers, their children and families, and wider community. In 2014, VisionFund microfinance institutions served over 1.1 million active borrowers with a portfolio of over US$600 million. 3.5 million children benefited from increased family income, giving them better access to food, healthcare, clean water and education.
