Want to master microinsurance?
Starting end of February 2018, Microinsurance Master is a comprehensive 10-week leadership programme in partnership with Pioneer Insurance, ILO's Impact Insurance Facility and MicroInsurance Centre. Participants 'learn by doing' from industry leaders through training and coaching.
The program starts with a two-week immersion training at Pioneer Microinsurance in the Philippines, mostly out of the classroom. Next, participants will receive eight weeks of tailored coaching by industry leaders to get the training takeaways kick started back home. Microinsurance Master wants to inspire and strengthen microinsurance leaders with best-practice learning techniques, customer-centric insights and practical frameworks and tools that will reduce the vulnerability of low-income people and make leaders and their organizations thrive.
