Request for proposals for European Microfinance Week 2016

Preparations are underway for European Microfinance Week, 16th - 18th November 2016 and e-MFP is launching a request for proposals from its members for sessions which will take place during this year’s prestigious event. This is your opportunity to contribute to the programme - we welcome your input!

The e-MFP Action Group day on 16th November will be followed by a two day conference combining plenary, workshops and roundtable sessions.

We invite all interested members to make proposals for sessions on 17th and 18th November and would also welcome suggestions related to ‘Microfinance and Access to Education’ – the topic of the 7th European Microfinance Award.

Please note that e-MFP will give priority to session proposals which:

 * Illustrate how initiatives are oriented to benefit people in developing countries and improve their quality of life
 * Focus on outcomes, sharing lessons learned, challenges and recommendations
 * Bring together different e-MFP members. Joint e-MFP proposals are welcome and encouraged, especially proposals from members active in the same field of expertise

The main language of the conference is English and interpretation facilities will be available only in one venue room. As soon as your speakers are confirmed, please inform us if interpretation is needed, as these facilities will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

In order to submit your proposal please complete the proposal form and return it no later than 13th May 2016 to the following email address: contact@e-mfp.eu . Only completed forms will be considered. All proposals received will be assessed by e-MFP but please note that not all of them can be included. If you want to test your initial ideas, e-MFP is at your disposal at contact@e-mfp.eu
