Join this webinar to learn more about the COVID-19 Client Interview Tool -- a free client survey tool that can help financial service providers better understand how COVID-19 is affecting clients. Joining information is below.

To effectively respond to the crisis, FSPs need to know which clients are affected and how, as well as how that information changes over time.
To that end, SPTF and 60 Decibels -- in close collaboration with FINCA, Oikocredit, and ADA -- have developed a standardized survey tool that FSPs can use to gather actionable data about how COVID is affecting clients.

There are two main ways to use the survey:
• SPTF is teaming with FINCA to create a secure survey platform, which will be free for FSPs to use to collect data themselves.
• Or, FSPs could hire 60 Decibels to implement the survey and analyze the results.

On the webinar, how to use the tool will be explained, as well as the different co-financing options available through technical assistance facilities.
