Join the Customer Centricity Learning Event and SPTF Annual Meeting in Mamallapuram, Tamil Nadu, (near Chennai) India, February 19 - 22, 2018. This year's learning event - entitled Customer Centricity: Enabling Financial Choices and Positive Outcomes for Low-Income Customers - is an event jointly organized by SPTF, CGAP, Dvara and LeapFrog Investments. The goal is to influence financial service providers, investors, and policymakers to adopt a business model that is based on understanding and serving the unique and diverse needs of poor people. It spans four days and focuses on how financial services providers can better understand the needs of low-income customers and act upon these insights.
